Located in Mirabel aux Baronnies, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, this 25 m² bed and breakfast accommodates up to 2 guests in 1 bedroom featuring a double bed. You will find a private bathroom, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, heating, a private TV, fan, dedicated workspace, and a separate entrance. In the veranda, there is a small fridge, a coffee machine, and a kettle for making tea. Breakfast (continental) is served outside, in the veranda, or in the lounge, depending on the weather. Step outside to enjoy the shared garden with various comfortable seating areas throughout the property. The shared outdoor pool is available from 10 am to 7:30 pm from mid-May through the end of September and is shared with guests of the adjacent vacation home and the owners. Parking is provided for your convenience. This accommodation is adults only, with children 12 years and older permitted. Children 12 and older may use the pool only when accompanied by adults. Smoking in the room is not allowed, and events are not permitted on the property. A tennis court is located within a 15-minute walking distance. Mirabel aux Baronnies is surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, and lavender fields, situated within sight of the 1,909-meter-high Mont Ventoux and known for its mild climate. From here, you can enjoy beautiful hiking and cycling tours into the nearby mountains as well as interesting excursions to surrounding wine regions like Gigondas, Séguret, Rasteau, and Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Children are welcome only from 12 years of age. The modern and tastefully furnished house (built in 2019, 130 m²) with air conditioning and heating is an ideal retreat for 4 to 5 people. It features 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom on the upper floor, and a sofa bed in the living room. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), while the second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) pushed together. On the ground floor, there is a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, a dining and living area with a fireplace, and an additional bathroom with a shower and toilet. The house offers a large covered terrace, a beautiful garden with a lawn for sunbathing, and a shaded area perfect for relaxing or enjoying barbecues (gas barbecue and gas bottle available). The communal outdoor pool is open from mid-May to the end of September from 10:00 to 19:30. A large oak tree by the pool provides pleasant shade in summer. Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the house and events are prohibited. Beach towels are provided. Please note: Children under the age of 12 are not allowed due to the unsecured pool area; children may only use the pool under adult supervision. The house is located on a private road on the edge of a typical Provençal village with approximately 1,600 inhabitants. A supermarket, butcher, bakeries, pub, and restaurant are within walking distance, making it an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. The hosts live locally, but not in the booked house. Access to the upper floor is not barrier-free.
